DOMESTIC PACKAGES

Enchanted Fabrics uses USPS for all shipping purposes. All packages are sent First Class Mail within the U.S. If, in the U.S., you need your fabric quicker, please email us as there will be additional fees.

 

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

All packages sent internationally are shipped USPS Air Letter Post, now known as First Class International Mail. Please let us know if you need something quicker as additional fees will apply. Enchanted Fabrics cannot be held liable for any additional customs charges that your package may incur. Check with your customs agencies to determine whether you will be charged any additional taxes.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Shipping and Handling fees include the actual cost of shipping, plus packaging materials. Each piece of fabric is shipped in its own packaging to prevent damage in transit. Your shipping and handling fee may exceed the actual cost of postage.

 

INSURANCE

The shopping cart is set up to offer insurance on both domestic AND international mail. Please check the USPS website to ensure that your country is available for insurance. If your country is not listed as available for insurance via the USPS, you will be refunded if you've already purchased this option. Enchanted Fabrics is not obligated to reship, replace, or refund lost or damaged items if you choose not to include insurance.

Once the package is delivered to the post office, we cannot be held liable for shipping times. As I'm sure many of you know, sometimes people will receive an order in one day, sometimes in 2-4 weeks, depending on the postal service in different countries. Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days domestically and 4-10 business days internationally. If you have chosen insurance on your package and you have not received it, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders to file a claim.

 

Shipping without insurance is as follows (prices below effective immediately for postal increase May 14, 2007):

South Dakota Residents will be charged 4% sales tax upon checkout.

To see shipping charges with insurance to your country, please place your items in the cart and select the appropriate insurance (US/Canada OR International-Intl) and click recalculate and it will show the shipping fees.

Please allow a 2-3 week processing period as we hand dye each order as it comes in.
